All appointments must be made in advance and confirmed by the studio. We recommend scheduling your appointment at least one month prior to your event to ensure availability.
Cancellation: We understand that plans can change, which is why we're offering a grace period for cancelations without any fees until the heatlist is published. After that, the full rate for your appointment will be charged, unless another customer is able to take the time slot. Thank you for your understanding and support
Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Arriving late may result in a shortened session or cancellation of your appointment with a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled services.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Zelle, Venmo.
Products: The studio provides all necessary styling products, hairnets, rubber bands, and hairpins. However, if you have a specific product you prefer, please bring it with you. Additionally, if you need hair extensions or jewelry for your hair, please bring it with you.
Cleanliness: Please arrive with clean and dry hair. If necessary, we reserve the right to refuse service due to excessive oil or dirt in the hair.
Makeup Brushes: If you prefer to bring your own makeup brushes, please make sure they are clean. If the brushes are dirty, we reserve the right to use our own brushes.
